Gero and the Axiom go way back. Their friendship began in 1989 when he was still living and working in Sylt. He designed this board for the small, mushy conditions you find there. In a way it was the start of the shorter, wider board movement. Since then, apart from some minor refinements and modern material use, not much of the Axiom has changed. Things do get better with age: after almost 30 years: this board still rocks.
The Axiom comes with a flat to vee bottom and a winged tail for easy rail to rail transition, it was and still is the easiest and most comfortable ride among Fatum’s family of fishes.
NOTE: Standard every Board is made with FCSII Fin System without fins. In case you prefer a different system please head over to the Custom Orderform.
